Broker David F. Morley, CCIM, CIPS, is president of Morley Realty Limited and a third-generation Bahamian realtor with more than 20 years experience in almost every aspect of real estate, but mainly specializes in commercial real estate . David is the first and only realtor in The Bahamas to earn the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Together with his qualifications as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), David provides Bahamian and international customers with financial analysis and modern investment strategies to make sound investment decisions about purchasing, selling, owning, leasing or managing commercial properties in The Bahamas.

Agents Patricia Birch is a licensed Broker and Appraiser and has been with Morley Realty since 2004. She has experience with residential and commercial property sales and leasing. Her prior experience was in the hospitality, construction, and landscaping business. All occupations that have served her well in real estate. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and is Chairman of the Developer's Licensing Committee, and Chairman of the Investigative Committee. Patty focuses her attention on detail, communication, and professionalism.

Christopher M. Armaly, BRI, has been in sales all of his professional life. Chris attended St. Andrews College and McGill University both in Canada, before returning home to The Bahamas to work in his family’s designer retail clothing business. Shortly after Chris entered the real estate profession and has never looked back. Chris has enhanced his real estate skills over the years by earning the BRI designation and has completed all required courses for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. Chris has served on the Board of Directors for the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and has formerly been involved with the Investigative Committee and Education Committee for BREA. As one of the Bahamas’ top producing licensed Brokers, with more than twelve years of experience, Chris’ experience and training in international relocation to The Bahamas makes it hassle-free for all international investors.
