Christopher M. Armaly, BRI, has been in The Bahamas all of his life and in sales since a young teenager. Chris started his education in Nassau and completed high school in St. Andrews College in Aurora, Ontario. He completed his B.A. at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, before returning home to The Bahamas to work in his family's successful designer retail clothing business. Shortly after, Chris entered the real estate profession and has continued to enhance his skill set through experience and education.
Chris holds the Bahamas Realtor Institute (BRI) designation and has also completed all required courses for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. To get a better understanding of North American clientele expectations, he has passed the rigorous and continual education requirements of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) in early 2016. He continues to practice real estate in both The Bahamas and the United States to date.
He gives back to his profession and has served as an elected Board Director for the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and actively involving himself as a committee member on the Bahamas Real Estate Association's Investigative Committee and Education Committee. In his community and neighborhood, he has served as President and board member on numerous Home Owner's Associations for over fifteen years.
Over a decade ago, Chris completed the requirements to obtain his designation as an appraiser and has been conducting appraisals on both residential and commercial class A, B, and C buildings and retail centers for major financial institutions and insurance companies in the Bahamas.
Christopher also specializes in private island and acreage sales and appraisals and has sold individual islands multiple times.
