Buyers gained more choices, sellers faced longer timelines, and pricing told a story of strength at the top of the market but more balance in the middle.

🔄 Buyer activity cooled, though still stronger than last year

💰 Average prices rose, driven by high-end sales

⏱️ Homes took longer to sell, with more negotiation happening

🌴 Land inventory tightened, but demand held up
