Every room in the house (2,475 sq. ft.) provides a fabulous view overlooking the Sea of Abaco. The elevated deck provides a peaceful spot to organize your plans for the day with your morning coffee and a magical place to reflect on your day’s accomplishments with a cocktail while watching Abaco’s amazing sunsets. The guest cottage (500 sq. ft.) is tucked down below the main house in the gardens and separated by the pool. It enjoys a private entrance and also offers amazing views from its covered deck. Stroll through the peaceful gardens and enjoy the numerous fruit trees on your way to the nearby new community dock.
